This is bharti telesoft placement procedure.
there was two papers in written test 1)technical(30 qns) 2)quanta(30 qns).
there was 60% cut off in each section and negative marking in only technical paper.
after that u haver to face a interview(simple HR n TEchnical).
1)in tecnical paper questions are from -c,c++,os(3-4),compiler design(3-4),networking(3-4),unix(2)
2)quanta is very simple ,no need to prepare.
in interview they mainly emphasise in c & c++,networking and os.
