Indian airlines invited applications from MBA(marketing/HR/MM) candidates for the post of Management trainee-Assistant manager(MKT/HR/MM)(cadre:JMGS-I) in december 2004. And the written exam was held on 18 december 2005.
There were two papers: paper I was objective(multiple choice) and paper II was descriptive(MBA syllabus-mostly general management,marketing,HR and MM related questions).
Paper I: there was 150 questions divided between again in two sections(75+75 questions): section I(75 questions): includes general knowledge cum current affairs, quantitive aptitudes, analytical reasoning etc.section II(75 questions): includes multiple choice questions based on MBA syllabus(service Mkting/HR/MM).
Paper II(descriptive):there was 4 sections each contain 3 questions,one from Marketing, one HR and one MM related questions. Overall 6 questions to be attempted by choosing atleast one question from each sections. and time was alloted for Paper I ws 90 Minutes(there was a time limit for each section-45 minustes for section 1 and 45 minutes for section II) and paper II(descriptive) was 60 minutes. No negative marks.
Most probably results wl be declared in the month of June/july 2006. and GD wl be in aughust ,final intrvw wl be in oct/Nov month and appointment wl be done in the month of december 2006.
The whole process of selection/recruitment in Indin airlines is two years for management cadre.
