ROBOSOFT TECHNOLOGIES SELECTION PROCEDURE

1. Does Robosoft Technologies recruit freshers?

Yes. Freshers with good academic records are welcome to apply.

2. What is the recruiting process at Robosoft Technologies?

The Recruitment process consists of a series of Written Tests followed by Technical and HR Interviews. (Technical tests/interviews vary as per the field of expertise and interest). The company, based on the outcome of the interview, will position the candidate in the company.
The company recruit the personnel through Direct and Campus recruitment.
Selection of the right person is based solely on the performance and aptitude of the candidate.

3. Where and when do you conduct your tests?

We conduct tests at our convenience in our office premises only. For campus recruitment purposes we conduct aptitude tests in the respective campus.

4. Where should I submit my CV?

Visit the careers page in our website and submit your detailed resume. We also publish our advertisements in the leading newspapers and candidates can apply for the suitable positions in response to the advertisements too.

5. When will I know whether I have been short-listed or not, once I have submitted my CV?

If you are short-listed, you have to appear for test/interview which will be intimated within 2-3 weeks from the date of submission of CV.

** Time span will depend on the need of manpower. If there are no current openings, then we may keep your candidature on hold.

6. Can I submit my resume even if there are no suitable jobs open for my kind of skill set?

We would request you to wait and apply at the time when the vacancies occur.

7. Can I apply for more than one position at the same time?

Yes. Provided you are eligible to the respective positions.

8. If I have appeared for a test/interview before and didn't get through, can I apply again?

You can apply again only after a time span of minimum of Six months from your first attempt.

9. What educational qualifications and eligibility criteria do you consider while appointing?
