We are powered by a set of delighted customers and strong Strategic Alliances with the global technology leaders in a host of telecom verticals. Our core competence is enhanced by the underlying strength of 1300 well-qualified and motivated personnel, having a wide range of experience in the field of Telecom. ICOMM is a Public Limited Company with an Equity base of Rs.217.5 million. Of which, 17.25% of the share capital is held by Foreign Institutional Investors viz., Oppenheimer and Chase Manhattan, USA.

ICOMM has a strong design & development infrastructure - a sure advantage over other Telecom Organisations in India. The company's development center was established in 1989 and the same was recognized by Department of Scientific & Industrial Research (DSIR) in 1992 and renewed since then. This has given the lead compared to all other Indian telecom product manufacturing companies to take up design and deliver cost effective indigenous products which have been instrumental for the rapid growth of ICOMM over short span of 5 years and this is evident from the statistics in the form of Number of Type Approvals, Expenditure , Turnover and Number of Employees which no other Private Telecom company in the similar industry has achieved. Available development infrastructure and skills have attracted several other organizations and other customers to place orders for development of some strategic electronics projects and also consider ICOMM for taking up production of other products based on TOT. Cumulative investment made in Technology Centre so far has been Rs. 350.00 Mn to acquire latest design tools ( HW, SW and Test equipment ).
