A. Leadership, initiative, hardworking

A. Harp on only his/her contirbution to the team/group that he/she has been a part of.

Written test is not the part of selection process.
Group Discussions
Q. Does company conduct GDs?
A. Yes

A. Yes

A. The duration of GD is about 20 mins with group size of 8 to 10 people. There are 3 to 4 panelists

A. Communication skills / group behavior /composure /leadership skills/initiative /aggression /team spirit /creativeness /

Final Interview

Higher entry
Q. Does company consider higher entry for the candidates with work ex?
A. Yes

A. Around 24 months of relevant work ex. ( i.e shop floor or PPC) etc is required by the company.
Q. What is the difference between entry level of people with and without work ex?
A. Higher salary and higher grade
Q. In giving the weightage does company look for relevant work ex?
A. Yes
Compensation
Q. What is the total compensation offered by the company at entry level? and after confirmation?
A. 4.2 lacs yr 2000 batch at the IIMs, it was 2.1 lacs for the class of 98 at IIMA.
Q. Is salary negotiable?
A. No
Q. Does company provide accommodation?
A. For the first yr, if in mumbai. Once one moves to M6A grade, the company provides a car and a furnished flat at all locations.
The career path would be ET(executive trainee) i.e. entry level. Next is M6B on confirmation (usually 9 months) exceptional cases 12 to 18 months Next is M6A, which would take something like 2 yrs from date of joining in
exceptional cases, normally 2.5 yrs to 3 yrs.
This is in the case of sales jobs, other support functions like HR, Fin, Operations
Acco for first yr is same as that for sales guys, acco and car only for M5 level executives, i.e. atleast 4 yrs in the company.
Q. What are the other benefits offered by the company?
A. Apart from the basic salary, all those in sales get performance incentives, which is earmarked as a % of the basic. This is done during the appraisal, which is done annually.
Q. What are the job locations? initially / after confirmation?
A. For sales junta, any where in the country(initially and post confirmation) HR and fin in mumbai Operations - mumbai, hyd, kasna (near delhi), ankleshwar.
